Friday, the Toshiba has done a recall for lithium-ion batteries used by Toshiba notebook S. The house warned that 1400 could be defective units. The fact had already happened a month ago and toshiba had initiated some reports promptly after the replacement of 10,000 batteries, manufactured by Sony for Toshiba. But as we said earlier this week Toshiba America Information System, according to Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), after reporting three cases of overheating batteries, has warned its customers to contact Toshiba for a replacement.
