Friday, Toshiba has carried out a campaign to recall for lithium ion batteries used by notebook Toshiba S. The house warns that could be 1,400 units defective. The fact had already happened a month ago and toshiba had initiated some reports promptly after the replacement of 10,000 batteries manufactured by Sony for Toshiba. But as we said before, this week Toshiba America Information System, according to Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), after reporting three cases of overheating batteries, warned its customers to contact Toshiba for exchange.
